Locally Owned
We are a locally owned rental company in southern Vigo county. We rent and maintain over 160 properties in Vigo, Sullivan, and Greene County. We also have storage units for rent as well.
Pet Friendly
Our rentals are pet friendly, we allow one dog up to 20lbs OR one cat, they are an additional $50 a month, with $100 of the deposit being non-refundable at move out.
Flexible
Leases
There is a $40 application fee that is for the required background and credit that any individual 18 and over must complete and be approved. Our leases are 12 months, then have the option to go month to month after the 12 months.
